UK: GDP up 0.9% in Q2

FXStreet (Łódź) - On a quarterly basis UK GDP increased 0.9% in Q2, following the 0.8% rise registered the previous quarter, according to data released today by National Statistics. This result is slightly higher than market consensus of +0.8%.

Year-over-year GDP rose 3.2% in Q2, up from +3.0% in Q1, as expected.
