Germany: Annual Retail Sales rise 0.3% in August

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - Statistisches Bundesamt Deutschland informed on Monday that year-over-year German Retail Sales grew 0.3% in August, down from the 2.9% increase in July and well almost in line with forecasts of +0.4%.

On a monthly basis German Retail Sales rose 0.5% in August, after falling 0.2% in July and below expectations of climbing 0.8%.

Germany August Retail Sales (MoM) increase to 0.5%. (YoY) up 0.3%.
