UK Prelim GDP: 0.4% q-o-q, yearly growth eases to 1.5%
According to the first UK GDP estimate, the UK economy is expected to have grown by 0.4% q-o-q during the fourth quarter of 2017. The reading matched third quarter's final reading of 0.4% growth and consensus estimates.
On an annualized basis, the growth decelerated to 1.5% as compared to 1.7% reported in the last quarter, but was still slightly better-than 1.4% expected.
