China will consider counter measures: PBOC adviser
The People's Bank of China (PBOC) adviser has reportedly said that world's second-largest economy will consider counter measures should the Trump administration impose additional tariffs on Chinese imports.
The reports hit the wires earlier today that the US is considering imposing tariffs on extra $200 billion of Chinese imports. Last week, Washington imposed 25 percent tariffs on $34 billion worth of Chinese goods and Beijing responded immediately in kind.
