NAFTA/US/Canada: "We are not getting along at all with Canada's trade negotiators" - Trump

Trump is making plenty of comments in early Asia but the one that stands out the most has been his rhetoric with respect to NAFTA and Canda and specifically PM Trudeau. 

He has rejected a one-one meeting with Canada PM Trudeau.

• "We are not getting along at all with Canada's trade negotiators."
• "If Canada does not make a deal with the US, we are taxing cars."

USD/CAD is making fresh highs for the day on the comments - 1.3044 traded.
