Putin: Need for a swift end to bloodshed in Ukraine

FXStreet (Bali) - Russian President Putin is crossing the wires, via Reuters, noting that he discussed with Ukraine’s Poroshenko the need for a swift end to the current bloodshed in Ukraine, highlighting work being done to start a political conciliatory process. Putin added that "agreeing ceasefire is a matter for Ukraine but Russia can contribute to peace dialogue", Reuters reports.
